Rogan is left with no other option but to support the
legislation. If I were Dr. Rogan I would be all willing to support the
legislation as long as it is for a good cause and for the welfare of the many.
With the legislation scientist and researchers working on stem cell could carry
out extensive researches and would provide more breakthroughs in the field of
stem cell research. It is not a bad idea to provide more attention to stem cell
research and provide more funding especially when scientists in Kazini and
their counterparts from around the world believe in great benefits of stem cell
research. As a matter of fact, there were many stories on the limitless benefits
of stem cell research. Dr. Rogan is bound by the legislation because his
laboratory has been chosen for funding and his dedicated scientists and staff
are excited by the legislature’s actions which suggest that he is left with no
other option but to accept and support the offer. His scientist had lobbied
hard for the passage of the bill by which it appears that he is the only one
who is against the bill and considered it morally wrong. Furthermore, his
premise why the legislation regarding stem cell research as a morally wrong act
was not presented. This legislation may be abuse in a sense that with enough
funding scientist could carry out any experiment they like even if it pose harm
to people. However, with proper monitoring and implementation of the
legislation I believe it would provide every individual more access to the
limitless benefits of stem cell research.
